1. What Lakity is

Lakity (lakity.com) is an online classifieds platform: job vacancies, employer profiles, beauty and creative professionals, and housing rentals. The platform is not an employer, an agency or a party to deals between users, and it does not provide the services described in the ads.

By using the site you accept this agreement, the platform rules and the privacy policy.

2. Age

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By registering and posting ads you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may ask you to confirm your age and block the account if in doubt.

3. What may not be posted

Offering, advertising or seeking intimate services in any form, including veiled ones.

Any involvement of persons under 18, vacancies involving coercion, withholding of documents, debt bondage, or demands for prepayment or deposits from job seekers.

Other people's photos and materials without the owner's consent, false information about yourself or your company, fraudulent and misleading ads.

Breaking these rules leads to removal of the ad and blocking of the account without refund of paid services. Information about possible crimes is passed to the competent authorities upon their lawful request.

4. Moderation

Every ad is reviewed before publication. We may reject an ad, change its category or remove it without giving reasons if it breaks the rules or may cause harm.

Moderation does not guarantee that the information in an ad is accurate. Check the employer yourself before working together and never send prepayment.

5. Paid services

Ad promotion, Telegram channel posts and the business account are paid in USDT (TRON network, TRC-20). The service is activated automatically once the transfer is confirmed on the network.

Pay the exact amount shown on the invoice. A transfer in another network or another coin may be lost; the network fee is paid by the sender.

If a service was not delivered through our fault (for example, a channel post was not published), we reschedule it or refund it on request to support. Payment is not refunded if the ad was removed for breaking the rules.

6. Liability

Users are responsible for the content of their ads and for complying with the laws of the country where they post the ad and do business.

The platform is not liable for users' actions, the outcome of deals between them, or temporary unavailability of the site.

7. Changes

We may update this agreement. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page. By continuing to use the site you agree to the changes.
